Two free secure parking spaces are provided on-site and free street parking after 6:00 pm in weekday and 12:00 pm in weekends.

This apartment is part of a peaceful residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and neighbours at all times. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.

Long Stays:

For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. Guests can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock or a Full Clean for $250. For extended stays, our cleaning schedule may be tailored to ensure the apartment is maintained, inspected, and kept in top condition throughout your stay.

Please review and follow all house rules before confirming your reservation. Non-compliance, including hosting unapproved gatherings or breaching noise regulations, may result in eviction and additional charges for damage or extra cleaning.

The shared BBQ and outdoor common area require advance booking at least 72 hours before use through building management. One locked study room is reserved for owner storage and not accessible during your stay.
